Once we have received your order and engraving our dedicated team will send you a confirmation email within 12-24hrs to ensure your engraving is correct before engraving your item.

If your personalised jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or repair where applicable.
