Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty Conditions

Should any manufacturing fault arise, we are dedicated to rectifying it under the following conditions:

1. Your jewelry undergoes an annual inspection and ultrasonic cleaning service, which we offer free of charge. The only fee incurred would be for delivery/shipping if applicable.

2. Failure to have the engagement ring or jewelry inspected by us annually may void the warranty.

3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your item undergoes the annual inspection.

4. The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original invoice or receipt, indicating the date of purchase.

**Please Note:** The warranty does not cover repairs for accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

We strongly recommend insuring all your jewelry, as we do not provide insurance coverage. Your satisfaction and the longevity of your cherished pieces remain our top priorities at Gold and Diamonds.
