For any images, icons or your own handwriting, please use the file upload options and then submit your requirements in the box provided. Once we have received your order and engraving our dedicated team will send you a confirmation email within 12-24hrs to ensure your engraving is correct before engraving your item.

As these pieces are uniquely customised to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless the item is faulty or does not match the personalisation request provided at the time of purchase.

If your personalised jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or repair where applicable.
